Shea Butter can be found in many high end moisturizing skin products and is known for its skin softening effect.
Cocoa Butter has been called the ultimate moisturizer, and has been used to keep skin soft and supple for centuries. It is one of the most stable and it melts at body temperature so that it is readily absorbed into the skin. Cocoa butter is often recommended for treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. When applied topically, it creates a barrier between sensitive skin and the environment and also helps retain moisture.
Virgin Olive Oil is  preferred  for moisturizing the skin. In addition to the internal health benefits of olive oil, topical application is quite popular with fans of natural health remedies.
Sweet Almond Oil is obtained from the dried kernel of the plant. This oil has been traditionally used by massage therapists to lubricate the skin during a massage session, being considered by many to be an effective emollient.
Vitamin E The main function of Vitamin E in humans appears to be that of an antioxidant.
Cornstarch is used as a thickener in many recipes.
Cera Alba, Bees Wax, when used as a skin care product a German study found beeswax to be superior to similar "barrier creams"
